Rodney has more than 50 years of design and planning expertise, having led and contributed to a wide range of commercial, government, educational, and retail projects throughout his career. Involved in every phase from conceptual design through construction, he has long been recognized for his commitment to excellence and his dedication to KYA’s success. Now retired from daily practice and serving as an active board member, Rodney continues to provide invaluable guidance, helping maintain organizational clarity, strengthen coordination, and support thoughtful decision-making across the firm. His steady leadership and passion for KYA's well-being remain integral to the company’s ongoing growth and stability.
