April specializes in complex facility expansions and replacements, managing phasing and logistics to maintain operations during construction. As a technical leader, she oversees code compliance, constructability, interdisciplinary coordination, and multiple LEED Silver certifications. Experienced in both Design‑Bid‑Build and Design‑Build delivery, she fosters strong collaboration among Owners, Users, and Design Teams while applying valuable risk‑management insight from her litigation background.
