Andrew joined KYA in 1988 and has since built a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s financial operations, project workflows, internal analysis, and all required tax and regulatory reporting. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees company budgeting, client invoicing, and employee payroll, while working closely with tax and financial advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance. Andrew continuously develops and refines financial procedures and systems that strengthen efficiency, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
