Refreshing Upgrade

Located on the corner of the 29th floor in the tallest building on Oahu, former First Hawaiian Bank CEO Don Horner's office was in need of a refreshing upgrade. The goal of KYA's design was to incorporate the current work place trends of growth connectivity, collaboration, flexibility and privacy.

 Clearly defined parameters were created, from the reception area to conference rooms and cubicles. Standards for overall purpose, proposed dimensions, square footage, furniture and equipment components were mapped out. Later, those standard were applied to several other departments, Risk Analysis, WAD/OPS, Trust and Real Estate.
